I’ve been on both sides—practicing phubbing and feeling sidelined by it. Now, I always make it a point to sit down with my friends for coffee and deliberately leave my phone aside because our get-togethers are so sacred that we often forget to even take pictures to document them. It’s a refreshing reminder of the irreplaceable value of genuine connection.
